My client is a SaaS, well funded AI driven marketing software vendor:
- headquarters in the US and UK and offices across Europe and the US
- just secured over $165M in funding
- over 190 employees expanding globally
- the product is innovative in a growing industry
- working with over 2000 clients and leading retailers and brands like Amazon, Microsoft, Samsung
- they have their own AI team and providing cutting edge Al-driven technologies
They are looking for a tech savvy Customer Success Manager who will take care of their key strategic existing enterprise clients. You will help drive client revenues from existing clients by maintaining retention rates and upselling. They are looking for someone who is proactive, confident & driven, interest in technology and commercially focus.
- 3+ years account management experience managing renewals and upsell/expansion
- High level of drive and passion to learn and explain new technologies
- Experience working for a SaaS vendor or marketing automation/marketing technology
- Experience in using CRM tools to manage and forecast renweal/upsell opportunities
They are paying up to €75,000 based on seniority + bonus+ benefits. This is a remote role and you can work from home.
