We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Associate Quality Manager to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Analyze quality data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality
- Train and mentor team members on quality management principles and best practices
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Participate in new product development processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage and maintain quality documentation and records

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Experience in quality management or related field, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Proficiency in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control and root cause analysis techniques
- Experience with data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Office Suite and quality assurance software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in the manufacturing industry
- ISTQB certification is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluency in English
