SUMMARY:
As a Senior Manager for Linguistic Services & Quality Management, you will drive quality standards across the business unit and ensure that all quality services, solutions, and related technology initiatives meet our business objectives and serve the strategic growth.

Right now, we are looking for a skilled AI professional whose primary focus will be the improvement of our quality framework within the AI domain. You’ll be able to directly influence how the supporting tools are developed and tailored to our specific needs from linguistic quality perspective, you’ll create strategies and drive projects around effective data collection, and you will lead and guide a team of linguistic quality specialists.

This is a senior role that will require both strategic oversight as well as a strong hands-on approach on a task level.

WHAT WOULD YOU DO:

- Manage quality within AI domain, prepare quality strategy and procedures
- Lead a team of Quality managers ensuring the quality standards are aligned with customer and business objectives
- Work closely with program director, solution architects, linguistic quality managers and other internal specialists to find the best solutions how to improve the quality framework and the tools we are using. You’ll be the bridge between these teams to make the cooperation effective.
- Define linguistic quality management concept and linguistic QA methodology and policies, provide linguistic support to company project teams
- Review, prioritize, and track progress of issues that affect the quality of services provided to customers
- Ensure operations are provided with the best possible outsourcing solutions considering price, quality, and expertise

WHAT REQUIREMENTS DO WE HAVE:

- Strong experience with data collection, data validation, and/or data annotation projects is key as we’ll need you to identify possible issues/errors and prevent them with a solid quality strategy and procedure around AI projects
- Experience with managing quality within AI domain
- Localization industry expertise; work experience in linguistic quality is strongly preferred
- Experience in managing relationships with clients
- Experience in working with international teams and stakeholders, and in executing strategies to deliver solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to cultivate internal and external relationships and work effectively cross-functionally
- Experience in a leadership role and direct management is preferred
