Orolia is looking for its new Quality Manager to join its growing teams The Quality Manager is responsible for the overall development, implementation and implementation of the quality policy. He/she maintains the organization's quality system (QMS) for our Granada (Spain) and Les Ulis (France) sites. The Quality Manager ensures that our products and services meet all applicable requirements before reaching the customer. What are your tasks and areas of responsibility? - Ensure the control of risks within the organisation, and suspend activities in the event of non-conformity. - Ensure that the quality management system complies with customer requirements, ISO9001. - Report to management on the results of quality audits, corrective actions, risks, express the need for improvement. Develop quality control processes in line with customer needs and requirements. What will be your daily routine? - Manage the quality team. - Work with customers, employees, contractors and outsourcing companies. - Provide leadership and timely communication on quality issues. - Keep abreast of standards, regulations, issues and news regarding product/service quality. - Coordinate all continuous improvement activities to develop new processes.
