**About the role**
AI Quality Manager is an integral part of our Data Services team. You will play a key role in ensuring top-notch quality for our AI projects. As part of the Data Services Team, you will design, implement, and manage our quality strategy, including QA workflows, data analysis, and tracking of quality KPIs. Your expertise in evaluating AI-related skills and managing Quality Control processes will be essential to our success. If you're passionate about AI and have a knack for maintaining high standards, this role is perfect for you.
**Responsibilities**
- Define suitable quality frameworks, metrics, and strategies of Data Services projects
- Perform detailed task analysis, defining key quality drivers and necessary skills, develop efficient testing and onboarding methodologies for our Data Services vendors.
- Manage end-to-end Quality Control (QC) process and provide feedback to suppliers.
- Report on delivered quality and propose action plans for improvement.
- Address client quality escalations and collaborate with suppliers for root cause analysis.
- Implement quality improvement plans for underperforming suppliers.
- Support data suppliers and provide timely answers to their queries.
- Evaluate QC providers and offer performance feedback and training.
- Stay updated on AI industry trends and contribute to new opportunities.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects to develop skill evaluation solutions and visualize quality metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience designing and rolling out quality data management, analysis and visualization processes is needed
- Educational background in Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, Cognitive Science, Data Analytics, Computational Linguistic or similar field is highly preferred
- Experience with Data Collection, Annotation and/or evaluation tasks are big advantage
- Fluent English - you will be working as a part of an international team and English is our work language. Knowledge of other languages is not needed but welcomed.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Spread Sheet and Power BI
- Experience dealing with suppliers and clients in complex
- Very good communication skills, ability to collaborate remotely
- Focus on quality, attention to detail and ability to manipulate data.
