All of this supports us in our mission to power the world’s marketers with trusted and impactful advertising. **Overview** The Global Supply Team is looking for a highly motivated **Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst** to partner our Commercial Teams across the world in mission critical Sales Strategy & Operations activities including Target Setting, Achievements & Segmentation processes. You will join a very international team (USA, Chile, China, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Korea and Singapore represented) that is passionate about using data-driven insights & cross-functional partnerships to enable global Commercial Teams to exceed their business objectives. **What you’ll do**: - Partner Commercial Teams across the world in mission critical Sales Strategy & Operations activities including Quarterly Target Setting, Achievements, Segmentation & Territory Management processes - Centralise Target Letters administration (100+ people who need to receive and sign target letters each quarter) using custom-built tool (Docflow) - Monitor, propose and execute Business Process Improvements: Measure Effectiveness; Identify Bottlenecks; Propose Optimisations; and Execute Change Management - Drive automation using Sales Operations tools including Tableau, Salesforce & Anaplan - Ensure high data quality (Salesforce etc.) and provide data-driven insights to Senior Executives on Compensation, Incentives etc. - Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Senior Executives, Sales Ops, HR, FP&A, Legal & Data Analytics across the world - Grow to become Strategic Business Partner & Trusted Advisor to Senior Executives; Develop key foundational skills across Sales Strategy, Enablement, Operations & Analytics **Who you are**: - Curious about people; Enjoy helping people from all over the world exceed their objectives - Excellent speaking and writing in English (all communications & meetings are in English) - Advanced Excel skills to manipulate large volumes of data - Great organizational and project management skills; Able to manage several cross-functional work streams/projects at once - Excellent communication and customer success skills; Able to build trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams including Senior Executives, Sales Ops, HR, FP&A, Legal & Data Analytics - Able to handle highly sensitive & confidential information; Strong work ethic & detail-oriented - Have a great sense of team spirit & open-minded to challenge the status quo - Thrive in rapidly changing business environments whilst inspiring excellence from yourself and business partners Bonus - Background in Management Consulting, Data Analytics, Sales Operations and/or Finance with increasing responsibilities - Experience in designing & managing Compensation/Incentives - Experience using Tableau, Salesforce and/or Anaplan - Good understanding of Internet advertising technologies (cookies, DSP, SSP, RTB, Header Bidding etc.) At Criteo, we believe the future is wide open when it includes everyone.
