The Global Client Experience Manager is responsible for driving the strategy of all client animations, including in-store events, bespoke experiences, client gifting, VIC treatments and multi-channel initiatives. Through extensive cross-functional partnership, this individual will focus on developing the overall client experience strategy to achieve Loewe key business objectives.

**Your role will be**:

- Define the end to end strategy and execution of in-store, out-store and virtual client activations and experiences
- In partnership with the regions, develop new and creative ideas to animate stores in the markets during festive moments, collection launches and other specific retail needs
- Work closely with corporate partners (regions, marketing, ecom, CRM and PR teams) to ensure brand standards are maintained and support a localized approach
- Develop, refine and elevate the overall strategy for client gifting and VIC treatment
- Challenge and support regions with developing comprehensive action plans to grow the top clients’ business
- Create guidelines, define gifting ceremony and key moment throughout the year
- Create specific training program for the retail teams in partnership with the learning team
- Foster the culture of Client portfolio Management in stores and further develop the Clienteling mindset amongst retail teams
- Provide guideline on client actions budget; track and advise on ROI
- Define animation targets, challenge teams on performance, monitor and communicate performance results to all stakeholders, from sales associates to Region presidents and COMEX members.

**Profile**:
**What is important for the role**:

- 10 years of experience in Clienteling, event management or project management
- Experience in fashion and luxury brand is a strong plus
- Excellent creative skills and communication skills
- Strong business sense and understanding of regional specificities
- Structured mind - ability to work in an organized manner, plan strategically and drive performance
- Ability to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders (COMEX members, region Presidents, Marketing team etc.) and deal with complexity
- Experience in setting and managing a budget, with and ROI-minded approach
- Fluent in English
