**About GSBO**:
The Global Sales and Business Operations (GSBO) team brings together staff from around the world, with a passion for engaging gamers with PlayStation's extraordinary products and services. GSBO teams are located in countries across the globe, balancing local relevance with a global perspective. Across our Direct to Consumer, channel partners, and services business, our teams work cross-functionally to bring the best of the PlayStation experience to markets and channels.
**Role Overview**:
**What you'll be doing**:
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Managers to understand challenges, goals, and gaps in knowledge/expertise
- Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial managers to prepare and deliver presentations to retailers on products and strategies
- Develop first in class retail experience and always pursue new ways of reaching consumers through retail, being always up to date with research, new tendencies, and new ways of selling: social selling, live shopping, digital at retail, etc.
- Recommend, negotiate, agree, and implement strategies in key accounts to improve revenue through Channel Digital Sales (previously Digital at Retail).
- Support execution of Trade Marketing strategies by working directly with retailers
- Handle relationships with suppliers to deliver trade marketing activations (POS, Production agencies etc)
- Project manage implementation of activations (e.g., IDUs & content, screens, product demonstrations, furniture)
- Manage relationships with third parties relating to trade marketing activations
- Represent local market(s), provide feedback, share best practices, and provide updates on local plans at regional level
- Liaise with retailer Marketing teams (and our local marketing team) to share visibility on marketing plans
**What we're looking for**:
- Customer journey expertise (omnichannel inc. online & in-store)
- Trade Marketing expertise
- Project, stakeholder, and budget management
- Communication & Collaboration
- Time & priority management
- Deep understanding of other Marketing channels (inc. social media, On-line advertising etc.)
**Roles they will work with**:
- Collaborate to Commercial managers and the wider team
- Report to Commercial planning manager
- Liaise with suppliers (inc. field merchandising), retailers, third party publishers
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Business Analysts, Regional Hub
- Collaborate with Marketing (Marketing Analytics manager, Media, Campaign management etc.)
