Global Client Project Manager

The Global Client Project Manager is responsible for establishing a client-centric culture and fostering partnership with the retail and omnichannel teams to deliver best-in-class luxury client experiences.
**Your role will be**:
- Lead client projects building action plans in coordination with all stakeholders
- Coordinate transversal projects to improve existing processes and gain in efficiency, client-centricity and performance
- Develop and enhance the services offered to clients in to personalize each client relation and offer a seamless luxury shopping experience
- Assess and funnel new business request according to the available resource, budget and business priorities
- Monitor market trends and innovation and share recommendation to position Loewe at the forefront of client service excellence
- Define the global communication and change management plan to foster a strong client culture in stores and within the organization
- Partner with the global Training team to develop tools and processes that will improve store team’s hard & soft skills on all CRM topics and enable the change of mindsets
- Identify CRM training and development needs in each region to reduce potential gap of performance and ensure a consistent of level of client service across regions
- Build tools for store managers to empower their teams, coach them, identify low-performers and develop action plan to improve CRM performance
- Share best practices and develop collaboration between regions
**Profile**:
**What is important for the role**:
- 10 years of experience in Clienteling, retail or project management
- Experience in fashion and luxury brand is a strong plus
- Collaborative spirit: building relationships is one of your strengths
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage and influence all stakeholders within the organization
- Strong business sense and understanding of regional specificities
- Structured mind - ability to work in an organized manner, plan strategically and drive performance
- Fluent in English
