**Introduction**

As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, your role is to provide support in his day-to-day activities, both professionally and personally. From managing client meetings to making travel arrangements, handling groceries, or scheduling medical appointments, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of his life.

**Qualities**
- Organizing skills: You should have excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
- Discretion: Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with utmost discretion is essential.
- Proactivity: Anticipating the CEO’s needs and taking the initiative to complete tasks before they are requested.
- Professionalism: Exhibiting professionalism in all interactions and representing the CEO’s interests professionally.
- A high degree of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness and proactivity to solve problems as they arise

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years experience in a personal assistant role, hotel concierge, or similar position demonstrating relevant transferable skills.
- Valid driving License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility in working hours and availability to respond to urgent needs outside regular working hours.

**Responsibilities**
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’S calendar, scheduling, and organizing meetings and appointments. Ensure the CEO fulfills all commitments and appointments by scheduling and reminding of important meetings and events.
- Travel Coordination and organization: Arrange travel arrangements including flights, hotel accommodations, rental houses, and any necessary transportation.
- Restaurant reservations: Make reservations at restaurants for business or personal purposes.
- House maintenance management; Oversee house maintenance issues, liaise with contractors, and ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO’s residence.
- Domestic tasks support: Coordinate cleaning services, laundry and ironing, car maintenance, and other tasks related to home organization and care.
- Personal event organization: Assist in organizing personal events.
- Doctor appointments: Schedule and coordinate medical appointments.
- Errand running: Perform various errands, such as personal shopping and groceries.
- Expense management: manage receipts and bills for business expenses, maintaining accurate records.
