Purpose*

As Personal Assistant you will provide the highest level of professional executive support to the CEO and Senior management, working autonomously and using your own initiative to achieve the highest standards of service.
This position will work initially part-time, reporting to the CEO.

**REQUIREMENTS**
**Key responsibilities**

Making the best of the time of the CEO of the company. Acting as Personal Assistant for paperwork, medical appointments, personal arrangements, phone calls

Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external stakeholders
Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings.
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
Producing reports and presentations on demand
**Minimum Experience and qualifications**

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Excellent time management skills
Well-developed organizational skills
Problem-solving attitude
Attention to detail
Great verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Professional discretion and confidentiality
PA diploma or certification is a plus
