**SGT&O is looking for an HEAD OF QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL FRAMEWORK based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As **Head of Quality Assurance & Control Framework **you will be responsible for leading the strategy, design, delivery and on-going operation of the Quality Assurance Controls as well as managing the Control Framework including the financial area's management.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Define the processes and requirements for Quality Assurance and lead the BAU execution
- Ensure effective communication and understanding of Santander policies, procedures, and behaviors across the team. Oversee expenditure in line with FCC Group policies. You will also be responsible for understanding where all risks are implementing appropriate controls / mitigates and ensuring maintenance of correct governance procedures.
- Establish how changes to existing or proposed processes will impact the management of services and Control Frameworks across the different sites
- Set up a Global Finance Control Model ensuring costs/FTEs and resources are correctly allocated

EXPERIENCE
- 5/8 years of experience in an Assurance, Compliance Monitoring or Internal Audit role providing assurance over financial crime risk management within a banking environment
- Significant risk management experience

EDUCATION
- Bachelor of Business Administration and Management or Finance; Software, Computing, Civil Engineering

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong project and management skills with the ability to work independently or lead others
- Excellent communication skills - oral, written, in-person. Communication with senior people within the organization and the clients
- High level of English is a must

OTHER INFORMATION
- Availabilty to travel when required

EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

EDUCATION

Bachelor of Business Admin(BBA), Engineering (Bachelor Degree) - 3 years
