**SGT&O is looking for an ANALYST OF QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTROL FRAMEWORK based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As an **Analyst of Quality Assurance & Control Framework **you will be responsible for follow and implement the strategy, delivery and on-going operation of the Quality Assurance Controls as well as managing the Control Framework including the financial area's management.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Collaborate in the defininition of the processes and requirements for Quality Assurance and follow up the BAU execution.
- Collaborate for understanding where all risks are implementing appropriate controls / mitigates and ensuring maintenance of correct governance procedures.
- Manage the Global Finance Control Model ensuring costs/FTEs and resources are correctly allocated and interact with the units and Finance areas

EXPERIENCE
- 2/3 years of experience in an Assurance, Compliance Monitoring or Internal Audit role providing assurance over financial crime risk management within a banking environment
- Risk management experience

EDUCATION
- Bachelor of Business Administration and Management or Finance; Software, Computing, Civil Engineering

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent communication skills - oral, written, in-person. Communication with senior people within the organization and the clients
- High level of English is a must

OTHER INFORMATION

EXPERIENCE

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience

EDUCATION

Bachelor of Business Admin(BBA), Engineering (Bachelor Degree) - 3 years
