**SBGM - SCIB is looking for a HEAD OF TRANSFORMATION, GOVERNANCE & EFFICIENCY, based in our BOADILLA DEL MONTE (HEADQUARTERS) office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As the “Head of Transformation, Governance & Efficiency” of the Pre & Post Trade Services area, you will responsible and accountable for the strategic transformation of the area and will be accountable for the governance, efficiency and cost management, directly reporting to the CIB Global Head of Pre & Post Trade Services:

- To promote and drive the strategic transformation of the PPTs area by embedding the digitalization mindset across the whole organization and individuals in coordination with the Head of Process Reengineering and BMC and by leading the cultural and sourcing transformation (transparency, quality assurance, talent management, upskilling,).
- Accountable for designing, implementing and executing the roll out the TOM across all SCIB PPTs locations as well as monitor the targets defined in the strategic plan of the area, including the expansion of the PPTs Global HUB and setting up of new locations specially for services to American countries, ensuring business enablement, cost efficiency and talent attraction.
- Accountable for PPTs financial model and costs by constantly improve the efficiency, elasticity and metrics of the area: Elaboration of the annual budget, facilitation of a clear, simple and single view of the level the PPTs services and cost matrix allocation, defining and implementing a cost per transaction model for our relevant services and consolidating / simplifying the PPTs financial model (both for Bank and CIB Ops Factory services).
- Management and monitor of the PPTs Governance, including internal governance across the different PPTs functions (both within the Bank and CIB Ops Factory) and global governance with the different PPTs geographies (including collating the needed information to execute an effective control as well as leading global standards processes)
- Monitor and report on the level of adherence and compliance of all CIB PPTs functions to the PPTs Global Framework of the area as well as to the corporate standards and policies.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Investment Banking services and CIB processes specially related to Operating Model and Governance definition and execution
- Deep knowledge on Operations activities well be valuable
- International experience and communication skills

- Ability to build and drive the relationships with important stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
