**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As **Head Pre & Post Trade Mobilizations **, your goal is to enhance distribution capabilities of corporate and structured loans through the transformation of the existing framework towards a new model highly digitalized and automated.

We need someone like you to:

- Manage the team in charge of closing, booking and maintenance of portfolio distributions
- Define process / IT needs for the existing and new distribution methods
- Digitalize and automatize processes in order to build a scalable supporting model
- Incorporate best market practices in relation to asset mobilization

EXPERIENCE
- Wide experience in process transformation and Lending products

EDUCATION
- STEM

- Team Management & cross collaboration
- English fluent, Spanish desirable
