**T&O, and Cybersecurity is looking for Head of Respond based in our Madrid office.**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

The Head of Respond would be responsible for Supervise the systems, tools and services whose primary objective is to investigate, respond to and contain the impact of a cyber security attacks, as well as for providing cyber threat and related intelligence to the company’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and other senior leaders.

Establish a best in class and globally admired Cyber Threat Respond people and technical capability to help protect the Group´s 200,000 staff, 120,000,000 clients and around a million systems, devices and appliances globally

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Coordination of global incident response
- Digital investigations, forensic analysis and eDiscovery
- Global Threat Intelligence Program
- Threat intelligence data collection technology and systems

EXPERIENCE
- Track record of best in class cyber threat response/CERT/CSIRT functions in a large multinational organization.
- Track record in establishing/operating red team operations in large multinational organization.
- Excellent technical expertise in forensic analysis, threat hunting, complex technical investigations, processes and systems.
- Excellent understanding of the cyber threat landscape, and attack techniques, tools and processes.
- Excellent expertise on cyber and traditional intelligence operations and techniques.
- Strong experience in government liaison including security cleared information exchange and law enforcement agencies
- Excellent technical expertise in cyber threat response, offensive operationas and intelligence collection solutions, processes and systems. Hands-on operator experience is desired, but not essential.
- Excellent understanding of the cyber threat landscape, and attack techniques, tools and processes.
- In depth knowledge of information technology and security solutions and frameworks.
- Experienced in developing and managing high performing teams through growing people, nurturing trust in the group and establishing a shared sense of purpose.
- Track record in constant innovation and DevOps

EDUCATION
- Technical degree such in computer science, engineering or similar
- Information security/risk management certification such as ISACA, CISSP, etc.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Ability to work under-pressure
- Ability to inspire engagement in people through leading by example and cultivating a culture of transparency and staff influence
- Capable of producing high quality output with a strong focus on attention to detail
- Ability to understand the business context and technology manage uncertainty and apply
