**Position: Business Development Representative (Fluent or Native Italian Speaker)**
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative, fluent in Italian, to join our team in Madrid. No prior experience is required, but this full-time, on-site role will focus on inside sales, lead generation, and supporting our daily business growth efforts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inside sales and lead generation activities
- Initiate contact with potential clients, focusing on new prospects
- Develop and nurture relationships with B2B customers
- Engage in daily communication, negotiations, and presentations to drive sales and business expansion
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a solid track record
- Strong lead generation and business development skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and establishing initial contact
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of the 3C product market is a plus
