**What you'll be doing**
- Building Revolut’s brand into a global household name, driving brand consistency and adoption around the world
- Delivering on Revolut’s brand strategy to increase both brand awareness and brand consideration among different audience categories
- Collaborating with world-class brand agencies to execute marketing campaigns and activations
- Building scalable processes to define brand strategy, customer segmentation, and external messaging frameworks
- Setting a consistently high bar for content quality across all marketing assets and events, and evaluating performance across metrics
- Consulting local marketing and partnerships on brand execution in their markets
**What you'll need**
- Global brand marketing or brand strategy expertise, building awareness of brands that people love
- A track record of marketing excellence, having led cross-channel marketing campaigns that you designed, implemented, and evaluated
- Proficiency in defining and analysing metrics to measure campaign success
- Excellent problem-solving skills, using data to build and constantly improve your marketing strategy
- Excellent relationship and communication skills to collaborate with external agencies, vendor, and stakeholders
- Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-efficient solutions in productions
