We are seeking a **Trade Marketing & Brand Activation UK Manager**expert with strong knowledge of digital health in the UK market to lead the TD Group Brands in designing and implementing trade marketing plans focused on health partners, including doctors, the NHS, hospitals, and clinics. We value the background in B2B marketing with multi-brand strategies.
**️** Main responsibilities**:
- Responsible for UK trade marketing across all TD Group brands (Top Doctors, I Want Great Care, and Top Health Tech).
- Develop and implement a trade marketing plan for doctors, hospitals, and clinics.
- Create strategies to attract new doctors, hospitals, and clinics while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.
- Assess marketing materials and service offerings to ensure they provide tangible value and align with business objectives.
- To design and execute upselling and cross-selling campaigns to support launches and boost sales.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis to align brand strategies with evolving industry trends.
- Coordinate pricing and promotional strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for events, internal stakeholders, and business development initiatives.
- Responsibility for the design and performance of the main websites.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (ADE), or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (desired).
- English is required, and Spanish is a plus.
- Desirable to have someone who has been living in the UK in the health sector.
- +4 years of experience in trade marketing B2B, ideally in the healthcare and medical industries.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand, and multi-country environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Based in Barcelona, with the ability to travel.
