Job ID: 4030 Alternate Locations: Spain-Catalonia-Barcelona Location: Barcelona area (San Cugat del Valles), ES Reports to: Iberia Marketing Leader Contract type: Permanent, full-time, hybrid working system Your Role & Team in a Nutshell As a Brand Activation and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute business growth opportunities, aligning with strategic priorities. You will work with a dynamic team of marketing professionals, focusing on brand activation for Sistema and Contigo and digital marketing for Spontex and NUK . You will be part of marketing team of 8 people, working on the Spanish market. We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses. Your Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Maximize digital strategies for Spontex and NUK brands by driving digital and social media plans. Collaborate with digital and social media agencies to establish yearly strategies and drive digital activation. Leverage analytics tools to understand campaign performance and distill insights for growth. Manage A&P budget allocation aligned to business goals and optimize digital campaign elements. Ensure on-time launches and promotions to drive incremental sales through digital strategies. Brand Activation Develop and execute marketing programs across all distribution channels for specific brands. Contribute to regional strategy development for Sistema and Contigo new business opportunities. Build and implement brand activation plans for Sistema and Contigo brands. Optimize new product launches and merchandising efforts. Support sales teams with trade materials, sell-in decks, and customer activation plans. Liaise with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure thorough development processes. What You’ll Need Minimum: Demonstrated experience with digital and social media campaigns, including proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms Brand and trade activation experience. Strong analytical skills to drive improvement of digital KPIs. Customer-facing experience. Fluent in English and Spanish (oral & written) Your advantage: Ability to adapt campaign goals and strategies based on performance insights. Experience in managing A&P budgets.
