**Position title**: Associate Manager Brand Activation - Baby products

**Location**: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid working)

**Reports to**: Regional Sales Director

**Contract type**: Permanent, full-time

**Job summary**

As an Associate Manager Brand Activation you will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Channel Marketing Manager to support the execution of product launches and ensure that short term consumer activation is optimized.

Your role includes consumer promotions, sampling activities, midwife activities, social network, market data analysis, pharma/consumer fairs, training sales representatives and in store activation.

You will work independently and cross-functionally to oversee development of the brand communication assets to promote the brand in all channels, especially the pharmacies and Parapharmacies.

You will support the “go to market” aspects of marketing for Spain to drive maximum consumer demand and market share growth within the baby care market.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Leads and executes detailed Brand Activation activities for Spain including controlling and managing budget
- Prepares assets for product launches in accordance with project timelines, ensuring that the Salesforce has all the argumentation needed for a successful customer presentation.
- Monitors distribution of assets including digital, physical and copy.
- Tracking distribution and rotation performance of each key launches and identify opportunities of growth/improvement
- Analyses P&Ls for New Product Development and their business potential to establish a successful Marketing Mix and/or support the Go/No-Go decision.
- Ensures design and packaging changes for area of responsibility (including special and promotional packs)
- Monitors sales performances per SKU (Stock Keeping Unit), gathers salesforce information on new listings or special actions and makes sure it is properly declared in the system in order to ensure a proper demand planning management.

**Consumer Promotions**
- Elaborate and activate consumer promos
- Tracks promotional budget compliance

**Brand Communications**
- Manages creative development, briefs, and related content
- Manages the brand presence in the digital environment, sampling, specialists (midwives, baby care magazines etc.), social media activation.

**Marketing Development**
- Tracks brand metrics to ensure activation aligns to objectives/metrics
- Applies shopper marketing insights to improve short-term activation plans and tactics
- Monitors internal and external KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): Sell-in, Gross Margin, Market shares, etc.
- Manages market prospections and competition benchmark analysis on new business opportunities that may arise.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in Marketing
- Experience in FMCG or Pharma companies
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Spanish and English

**Preferred**:

- Business-oriented person
- Very good organizational skills
- Openminded, with good communication skills and high ability to adapt.
- Empathy to the baby related environment (Midwives, pregnant mothers, etc.)
- Good balance between creative and analytical skills.
