Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: €21,000 annually with additional benefits totaling €3,000
Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of German SME clients with a focus on growth and long-term retention.
Identify and address client needs, selling appropriate services to enhance customer engagement.
Proactively manage a sales pipeline to achieve and surpass growth targets.
Explore new business opportunities through various sources, including client referrals and related companies.
Ensure delivery of premium value aligned with client goals for a positive experience and advocacy.
Understand client challenges and opportunities to enhance relationships.
Operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Native-level German and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in or with the German market.
Results-oriented with a proactive approach and a focus on exceeding targets.
Creative thinker with a challenger mindset for identifying new business prospects.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients at different sales stages.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to optimize performance.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, especially with senior executives.
Proven ability to understand client needs and drive business growth.
Previous sales experience is advantageous.
Strong consultative sales skills and ability to innovate.
