Groenlandia Tech es la empresa de tecnología sanitaria de Mutter Ventures. Es una solución IoT revolucionaria que combina una plataforma SaaS y enfriadores inteligentes (dispositivos de hardware) que ayuda a optimizar los procesos de logística sanitaria para muestras biológicas y contenidos sensibles, al tiempo que mejora la seguridad del contenido y reduce los costos e incidentes de laboratorio.

Fundado en 2019, el proyecto ha estado haciendo I+D durante sus primeros 2 años y ha comenzado a comercializar sus productos desde principios de este año en 2022.

Actualmente con clientes en España, Chile, México, Colombia y UK, acuerdos con los principales distribuidores de insumos para la salud y clientes de los laboratorios Top5 del mundo.

**¿Qué buscamos?**

Buscamos un/a Product Operations, persona encargada de que Groenlandia Tech funcione de manera eficiente y efectiva, que las operaciones estén alineadas con los objetivos estratégicos y que se mantenga un alto nível de calidad en el servicio y solución.

**¿Qué harás en tu día a día?**
- Planificación operativa según venta
- Automatizar y optimizar los procesos de operaciones: creación SOPs operaciones
- Coordinación y seguimiento de proveedores externos con diseño de producto y Saas.
- Creación y optimización del manual de Groenlandia Tech: producto y Saas. Setting entorno cliente y validación de funcionamiento del producto
- Follow up clientes y distribuidores
- Soporte a logística (almacén, existencias de mercancía, expediciones nacionales e internacionales.), compras (reglamentos, normativa y otros aspectos legales) y ventas (asistencia a ferias, networking, eventos,)

**Skills y experiência**:

- +2 años de experiência en ventas de **SaaS y Producto Tecnológico**:

- +2 años de experiência en empresas tecnológicas
- Experiência en la generación de leads y seguimiento
- Habilidades de comunicación y formación a clientes
- Comprensión muy sólida de la **tecnología de ventas B2B**:

- Pasión por las nuevas tecnologías
- Perfil dinámico y polivalente
- Ownership
- Imprescindible nível de dominio de** español e inglés (C1)**:

- El conocimiento en el sector de la salud es un plus
