Sales Operations Executive

Join our growing Cosmetics Distribution company as a Sales and Operations Executive We're looking for a commercially minded professional to manage the operational needs of our UK and German retail partners. You'll be at the heart of ensuring seamless order processing and delivery, while representing our brand with exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll oversee order coordination, from placement to final delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time. If you thrive under pressure, are highly organised, and have a customer-centric approach, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Knowledge of logistics and operations will give you an edge. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee customer orders, ensuring smooth communication and timely deliveries. - Provide customers with real-time order updates, from acceptance to delivery. - Use ERP systems to manage stock, purchasing, and deliver great customer service. - Coordinate with our third-party logistics partners to meet demand. - Ensure stock and display units arrive on time for store launches by working closely with merchandising partners. - Handle invoicing and prepare shipment documentation for accounting and admin purposes. - Conduct review meetings with customers to foster strong relationships. Requirements: Fluency in German and English (Polish language skills are a plus). Experience in customer service or sales administration. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). Personal Attributes: Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A true team player with ambition and a drive to succeed.
