Nuestra misión es revolucionar la industria inmobiliaria mediante la creación de una superapp todo-en-uno, diseñada para empoderar a agentes y brokers hipotecarios.Lo principal: Qué harás.Como Sales Account Executive, trabajarás con el Head of Sales, y tu responsabilidad principal será impulsar el crecimiento de nuestra SuperApp mediante la apertura de oportunidades para colaborar con consultores inmobiliarios. Además, gestionarás un pequeño equipo, asegurando su desarrollo y alineación con los objetivos comerciales. Tu rol incluirá:Crear campañas de prospección para generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, tanto inbound como outbound, incluyendo llamadas en frío y visitas presenciales.Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento: generar leads, investigar y prospectar nuevos agentes para expandir nuestra base de usuarios mediante llamadas, correos, redes sociales y visitas presenciales.Colaborar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar y ejecutar acciones que permitan adquirir nuevas oportunidades de negocio.Representar a Huspy en eventos del sector.El candidato ideal: Lo que aportas.Ganas entusiasmo por el trabajo y eres curioso/a: buscamos crecer y divertirnos en el proceso, especialmente en la industria del Real Estate.Disfrutas de las ventas y no te cuesta hacer llamadas o salir a la calle.Tienes experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en entornos B2B o B2B2C.Eres un excelente comunicador, capaz de simplificar mensajes complejos.Te dejas guiar y aprendes rápidamente de feedback.Posees habilidades analíticas y de aprendizaje rápido.Actúas con ética y responsabilidad, buscando impacto positivo.Nuestros perksPaquete salarial fijo + variable, basado en rendimiento y muy competitivo.Transparencia en rendimiento y decisiones de negocio.Oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de la organización.Ticket restaurante: 240€.Trabajarás con un equipo multicultural y diverso. #J-18808-Ljbffr
