**Your mission**:
**Sales Management**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting medium and small-sized manufacturing businesses in Spain, with a view to expanding internationally.
- Build and lead the sales organization, starting as an individual contributor and gradually recruiting and training a high-performing sales team.
- Establish a scalable sales process to support rapid growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and customer feedback.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

**Client Relationship**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

**Planning and Reporting**:

- Define and monitor sales KPIs, analyzing metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for senior management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM about opportunities and client interactions.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Partner with product and technical teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.
- Work closely with marketing to drive lead generation efforts and develop innovative value propositions.

**Your profile**:

- **Proven Experience**:

- Demonstrated success in building and scaling B2B sales teams in a startup environment.
- Track record of selling to medium and small-sized businesses, ideally within manufacturing, AI, or technology sectors.
- ** Entrepreneurial Mindset**:

- Hands-on and adaptable, capable of wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strategic thinker with a vision for scaling operations locally and internationally.
- ** Leadership Skills**:

- Strong ability to inspire, manage, and grow a sales team while driving results.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- ** Communication & Relationship Building**:

- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- ** Technical Acumen**:

- Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of AI and no-code solutions is a plus.
