Estamos buscando un Strategic Solutions Partner para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta es una posición de nueva creación que reportará directamente al Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), con el objetivo de asegurar la correcta implementación y seguimiento del plan estratégico de la compañía. Este rol es clave para impulsar la transformación empresarial, apoyar la ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas y fomentar la colaboración entre diferentes unidades de negocio para alinearse con los objetivos a largo plazo de la empresa.tus funcionesMonitorear y seguir el plan estratégico de la empresa utilizando metodologías de Balanced Scorecard.Proporcionar soporte para actualizar y mantener el plan estratégico.Supervisar el progreso de las líneas de acción estratégicas y asegurar la alineación entre los departamentos.Colaborar con el CSO en la implementación del Strategic Business Plan (SBP) y en proyectos de transformación.Comunicar de manera efectiva el plan estratégico dentro de la organización.Implementar nuevas formas de trabajo que aseguren la visibilidad y el progreso del plan estratégico.Fomentar una mentalidad enfocada en el futuro y la estrategia en toda la empresa.Proporcionar una herramienta central para la toma de decisiones y el seguimiento de iniciativas empresariales.Conectar los escenarios de crecimiento de diferentes departamentos (I+D, Finanzas, Operaciones, Comercial).Asumir los aspectos operativos del rol estratégico, permitiendo al CSO enfocarse en la innovación y la visión estratégica de más alto nivel.requisitos del puestoFormación: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o áreas relacionadas como Economía, Estadística, Ingeniería.Conocimientos: Excel, Power BI y herramientas de gestión de proyectos.Experiencia: Mínimo de 3 años (preferiblemente 5 años) en roles relacionados con análisis de datos, gestión de proyectos o responsabilidades similares.Experiencia previa en consultoría estratégica o de negocios es un plus. Capacidad para interpretar y sintetizar datos complejos, identificar patrones y tendencias, y proponer mejoras accionables. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, capaz de presentar resultados analíticos de manera efectiva. Experiencia en proyectos de transformación y gestión del cambio es altamente deseable.tus beneficiosSalario competitivo basado en experiencia y cualificaciones.
