**Sales Manager - Central Europe (Senior)**:
En Reclut, somos expertos en reclutamiento de perfiles únicos para negocios en crecimiento. Estamos buscando para nuestro cliente, una firma innovadora y con una pequeña pero creciente presencia internacional, un/a **Sales Manager - Central Europe (Senior)** que impulse la expansión de la marca en la región asignada.

**Objetivo del Cargo**:
El Sales Manager - Central Europe (Senior) se enfocará en la expansión y apertura de mercados en la zona asignada. Su principal misión será identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para aumentar la presencia de la marca.

**Funciones y Responsabilidades**:
**1. Desarrollo de Mercado**:

- Investigar y analizar el mercado para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
- Elaborar estrategias de entrada en el mercado y presentarlas a la supervisora para su aprobación.
- Establecer contactos iniciales con potenciales clientes y distribuidores en la región.

**2. Gestión de Relaciones**:

- Crear y mantener relaciones sólidas con nuevos y potenciales clientes y distribuidores.
- Representar a la empresa en ferias, eventos y reuniones de negocios en la región.

**3. Coordinación y Reporte**:

- Coordinar con el equipo de ventas internacional y reportar regularmente el progreso y los desafíos.
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con la supervisora y otros departamentos relevantes de la empresa.

**4. Análisis de Mercado y Competencia**:

- Realizar un seguimiento constante de las tendencias del mercado y actividades de la competencia en el mercado designado.
- Proporcionar informes regulares sobre insights del mercado y recomendaciones estratégicas.

**5. Capacitación y Desarrollo**:

- Participar en programas de formación y desarrollo para mejorar habilidades en ventas internacionales, negociación y conocimiento del mercado designado.

**Relación de Reporte y Comunicación**:

- Reportar directamente a la International Sales Manager.
- Mantener una comunicación fluida y constante informando sobre el progreso, desafíos y logros.
- Presentar informes regulares a la International Sales Manager cuando sea solicitado o necesario, o a la CRO si lo solicitara.

**Objetivos Específicos**:

- Identificar y desarrollar un mínimo de nuevos clientes potenciales o distribuidores según el presupuesto y objetivos anuales acordados.
- Contribuir a un aumento en la facturación de la empresa según indicado en el presupuesto de la empresa para el año vigente.

**Requisitos del Cargo**:

- Experiência previa en ventas o en un rol comercial, preferiblemente en un contexto internacional. Persona acostumbrada a trabajar por objetivos y a gestionar el cumplimiento de los KPIs establecidos para su puesto y su mercado de forma autónoma, reportando a la International Sales Manager de forma regular.
- Conocimientos sobre el mercado internacional y habilidades interculturales.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y como parte de un equipo.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, negociación y análisis.
- Dominio de 2 idiomas (inglés imprescindible y alemán necesario pero no excluyente).
- Disponibilidad y gusto por viajar dentro de la región de Centro Europa, conforme a los objetivos consensuados con la International Sales Manager y según el timeline establecido entre ambos.
- Título universitario en Negocios, Marketing, Relaciones Internacionales o áreas afines.
