Junior Business Development Manager (German Speaker) Base pay range: €33k basic, €44.5k with OTE/Commission. Sector: FMCG / Tech. A tech enterprise, now an institution across Europe and Asia, looking for bilingual candidates fluent in German to target the DACH region, operating from the Barcelona office. A basic salary of €33k Additional OTE/commission totaling €44.5k Relocation fee of €1k paid for flights/planes Regular social events and an inclusive atmosphere Bonuses and incentive schemes Autonomy: largely remote role, manage own schedule and progression Successful candidates will possess a natural flair for engaging with people, employing a consultative approach as the face of the company’s prestigious brand. Autonomy provided to decide own progression based on strengths and interests. Role Responsibilities Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the company, its marketplace, competitors and target client. Undertake effective territory planning and preparation – determine when and which clients/prospects to visit to capitalize opportunities. Regularly speak to prospects by phone and travel to client sites to maintain relationships, overcome objections and educate them on the company’s value proposition. Implement marketing and category initiatives across the customer base. Manage and monitor sales performance throughout the assigned territory. Attend regional and national conferences, networking with existing clients to further business generation, while adhering to company ethos. Qualifications Ideal candidate holds a degree. Full bi‑lingual fluency in English and German. Eligibility to work in the EU. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self‑motivated, strong desire to succeed.
