Job Title: Sales Manager (Student Recruitment)
Location: Barcelona, Spain
**Job Description**:
C3S Business School is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in recruiting students for our esteemed institution. Your primary responsibility will be to attract prospective students to enroll in our programs, ensuring the continued growth and success of C3S Business School.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment:
Lead the recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging potential students through various channels, including online platforms, educational fairs, and networking events.
Agency Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with student recruitment agencies across the European Union and Latin America. Coordinate with these agencies to maximize recruitment opportunities and achieve enrollment targets.
Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting prospective students. Provide insights and feedback to optimize marketing efforts for student recruitment purposes.
Admissions Support:
Data Analysis:
Utilize data analytics tools to track recruitment metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment efforts and improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
**Experience**:
Proven experience in student recruitment within the education sector, with a strong understanding of the higher education landscape. Experience in dealing with student recruitment agencies from the European Union and Latin America is highly desirable.
Language Skills:
Fluent in Spanish, with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English. Proficiency in other languages, particularly those spoken in Latin America, is a plus.
**Location**:
Must be currently based in Barcelona, Spain, and able to work from the office.
Sales Acumen:
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of C3S Business School to prospective students and recruitment partners.
Strategic Thinking:
A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to reach and exceed enrollment targets.
Team Player:
A collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
