Trabajar con nosotros significa adoptar una cultura de excelencia, innovación e impacto real.Como Business Developer, te incorporarás al equipo de Strategic Partnerships, que gestiona las asociaciones de papernest con agentes inmobiliarios en el mercado español, y ayudarás en la captación de clientes durante una práctica remunerada de 6 meses a partir de noviembre 2024.Tus responsabilidades:Apoyar la aplicación de nuestra estrategia de ventas: coordinación con las partes interesadas internas (Ventas, Gestión de cuentas, Operaciones), preparación de revisiones comerciales con el Board, seguimiento del plan de acción.Gestionar y optimizar nuestras asociaciones existentes: elaboración de cuadros de mando, análisis periódicos de rendimiento, identificación de palancas de mejora del rendimiento, asistencia en la implementación.Analizar nuevos negocios: realización de estudios de mercado, identificación de nuevas verticales potenciales, implementación de nuevas estrategias, realización de pruebas de mercado.Tu perfil:Eres estudiante o acabas de terminar tus estudios de empresariales o ingeniería.Eres enérgico.a, trabajas en equipo, te entusiasma desarrollar nuevas ideas, eres curioso.a y pragmático.a.Tienes excelentes habilidades interpersonales, pero también buenas habilidades analíticas (tienes un buen dominio de los modelos de Excel y si aún no dominas SQL, tienes ganas de aprender).El español es tu lengua materna y dominas el inglés.Lo que ofrecemos:Desarróllate en un entorno internacional e inclusivo: todos tienen su lugar en papernest, y con más de 46 nacionalidades diferentes, aquí no es raro comenzar una frase en español y terminarla en inglés o en francésRetribución y convenios: Tu talento merece ser recompensado Disfruta de una compensación competitiva por tu práctica.
