KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.We are looking for a Relations and Business Developer Executive for a Game & Entertainment Company.Location: Ho Chi Minh or RemoteFunctionsDevelop and manage key partnerships with businesses and stakeholders in the blockchain ecosystemIdentifying and driving entirely new use cases that leverage the uniqueness of the products built on topDevelop and own strategy process and framework for key verticalsWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership goals align with company product, marketing, and sales objectivesDevelop a deep knowledge and ability to speak credibly about our product and its positioning in marketCommunicate effectively with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and achievement of KPIsStay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunitiesLead large, high-priority, cross-functional, strategic projects, driving multiple decisions that have a significant impact on the company’s direction and growthRequirements2+ years of experience in blockchain partnerships and deal-makingMust have strong technical knowledge/ experience of Web3Knowledgeable in blockchain technology, including Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions (e.g., understanding the differences between Layer 1s like Ethereum and Solana, and Layer 2 solutions such as Optimistic Rollups and Polygon zkEVM)Strong in deal chasing and negotiation, with a proven ability to close dealsProficient in public speaking and presenting to crypto-native audiencesExcellent communication skills in EnglishStrong presence on social media platformsBenefitsMeals and parking allowance are covered by the company.Full benefits and salary rank during probation.Insurances as Vietnamese labor law and Premium health care & Accident insurance for employees and relatives.Competitive salary, 13th-month salary, HOT bonus, Performance Bonus.A half-year and End-of-year Bonus yearly depending on company performance.Unique Growth & Performance evaluation every 6 months.Recharge time, Sports, Buddy meals, Training allowances.Culture of Remote working, Hybrid workplace, and Flexible working environment.A fun & dynamic environment and freedom to be creative.5 working days/week: Mon – Fri with flexible working time.Company trip, Team building twice a year & other community Tech activities.
