PTC has a well established internship program in our inside sales teams for Digital Thread or Velocity business units, and we are looking for YOU
Join PTC Barcelona’s Inside Sales team and become part of a diverse, multicultural environment, with over 15 nationalities represented in our dynamic office
As an Inside Sales Intern, you’ll work in an energetic, proactive, and internationally-minded team. You will directly engage with current and potential PTC clients, playing a key role in identifying new business opportunities and contributing to customer success.
Throughout your internship, you will be mentored by experienced professionals, with access to dedicated seminars, workshops, coaching sessions, and team challenges to help you grow professionally and personally.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in lead generation strategies like cold calling to identify new business prospects within our existing software install base.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered services and gather feedback to improve our sales pitches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales enablement, and product development, to enhance sales strategies and product offerings.
- Handle customer inquiries, mediate concerns, and provide solutions that maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Enrolled in a relevant degree program, with eligibility for an internship agreement through your university and the ability to work in Spain.
- Available for a minimum 6-month internship, starting from March or April 2025 . The working schedule is Monday to Friday, 9h - 17h with 1 hour lunch.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Fluency in English and German
- A high-energy, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Preferably already living in or open to relocating to Barcelona .
