Un futuro que llevamos años definiendo con nuestros empleados, inventando soluciones que cambian la forma de trabajar de las personas, para un rendimiento sostenible.¿Tus principales objetivos como Business Relationship Manager?El Business Relationship Manager (BRM) actúa como el principal enlace entre el departamento de TI y las distintas unidades de negocio de la empresa (ámbito: Cegid España, incluyendo varias empresas gracias a adquisiciones pasadas y recientes). El BRM es responsable de comprender las necesidades del negocio, proponer soluciones tecnológicas adecuadas y garantizar la satisfacción de los clientes internos, gestionando un equipo de Analistas de Negocio y Analistas de Sistemas en relación con TI Cegid Corp.Tus responsabilidades incluirán:Gestión de Relaciones y Expectativas: Establecer y mantener relaciones basadas en la confianza con partes interesadas como la alta dirección, responsables de departamento y usuarios finales, recopilando y analizando las necesidades del negocio a través de diversas interacciones. Comunicar regularmente el progreso de los proyectos y posibles problemas a las partes interesadas, implementando un mecanismo de retroalimentación para abordar continuamente sus inquietudes y sugerencias.Alineación Estratégica: Contribuir a la definición de la estrategia de TI para alinearla con los objetivos del negocio, proponer soluciones tecnológicas innovadoras para los desafíos empresariales y ayudar a desarrollar hojas de ruta de TI en consonancia con las prioridades estratégicas. Elaborar casos de negocio para nuevas iniciativas, incluyendo análisis de costos-beneficios y evaluaciones de ROI.Gestión de Proyectos: Coordinar la planificación de proyectos, supervisar la ejecución asegurando el cumplimiento de presupuestos y plazos, y garantizar entregables de calidad mediante pruebas y validaciones. Identificar y mitigar riesgos, proporcionando actualizaciones regulares a las partes interesadas sobre el estado del proyecto y los indicadores clave de rendimiento.Mejora Continua: Identificar oportunidades para optimizar procesos empresariales mediante nuevas tecnologías, monitorear el rendimiento de las soluciones e implementar revisiones posteriores para capturar lecciones aprendidas. Promover una cultura de innovación dentro del departamento de TI y de la organización.Gestión de Riesgos y Cumplimiento: Anticipar y gestionar riesgos relacionados con proyectos de TI, garantizando el cumplimiento de regulaciones y estándares. Aumentar la conciencia sobre ciberseguridad entre las partes interesadas y coordinar con auditores para asegurar la adhesión a los requisitos normativos.
