Business Development Manager Join to apply for the Business Development Manager role at INNOCV Solutions . At INNOCV, we are looking for a Business Development Manager specialized in technology, with a consultative approach, to drive the growth and positioning of our technological services in the market. Responsibilities Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in technology consulting. Advise clients on digital transformation and innovative technologies. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key executives. Collaborate with internal teams to design value propositions. Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposals. Expand the network of contacts through events, conferences, and forums. Work cross‑functionally with technology teams, marketing, and operations. Qualifications At least 5 years in business development or sales roles in technology consulting or IT services. In‑depth knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation, cloud solutions, AI, mobile, platforms, transformation processes. Solid network of contacts in key industries such as banking, energy, telecommunications, retail, healthcare. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at executive level. Strong focus on achieving objectives and exceeding sales targets. University degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Economics, or similar; an MBA or postgraduate studies favored. Fluency in Spanish and English.
