Su rol se centra en establecer alianzas estratégicas y ayudar en el desarrollo de negocio asegurando un encaje en la calidad formativa. RESPONSABILIDADES 1. Asesorar a las empresas en programas formativos tanto genéricos como específicos.2. Llevar a cabo proyectos de partnership estratégicos relacionados con liderazgo, innovación y la adaptación a nuevos desafíos del negocio.3. Liderar las negociaciones y la adecuación de los programas formativos.4. Gestionar relaciones estratégicas con compañías en momentos de transformación.7. Velar por el cumplimiento de la calidad y adecuación de los programas.EXPERIENCIA - Titulación universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos o afines.- Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando partnerships con mundo corporativo, enfocado en venta consultiva.- Capacidad para liderar proyectos relacionados con transformación y el liderazgo.- Habilidades de comunicación y de negociación.- Capacidad para trabajar de manera estratégica y operacional.
