Hiring globally and fully remote, we're a team of 50 and we're planning to grow to 100+ in the next ~18 months. About the role The Head of Brand & Creative will be the visionary lead behind the Roamless brand, shaping its presence and driving its evolution across global markets. This role combines hands-on experience in brand creation, creative direction and campaign management, with a deep understanding of creative agency functions. As the creative lead of Roamless you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies and designs that capture attention, resonate deeply with our audience, and build lasting brand loyalty. Success in this role hinges on a keen understanding of our global audience within the travel, tech, and telecom industries. Key Responsibilities Creative Direction and Execution: Lead the creative vision for Roamless's brand identity, overseeing the development of visual assets, brand voice, and campaign concepts across digital, print, and experiential platforms. Brand Strategy and Positioning: Define and continuously refine Roamless's brand strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission, vision, and target markets. Global Campaign Management: Plan and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, user acquisition and loyalty across diverse global audiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, CRM and Partnership teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints. Content Creation and Management: Lead the development of on-brand, high-quality content (design, copywriting, video, etc.) in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies. Agency and Vendor Management: Source, select, and manage creative and media agencies, as well as freelance talent, to ensure all creative output aligns with Roamless brand standards. Market and Consumer Insights: Utilize data analytics, consumer insights, and market research to inform creative strategies, track brand performance, and identify areas for improvement. Budget and Performance Management: Manage the brand and creative budget, prioritizing investments that drive measurable brand growth and deliver highest ROI. About you Experience: 10+ years in brand and marketing, with experience leading brand-building initiatives for B2C digital products on a global scale. Creative Agency + In House Background: Hands-on experience at creative agencies, including art direction, copywriting, and campaign execution, paired with experience working in an in-house brand team. Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of the travel and tech sectors, with experience tailoring brand messages to resonate within these industries. Bonus points for experience with telecoms. Creative Direction and Artistry: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact creative campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement. Data-Driven and Insightful: Skilled in leveraging data analytics and consumer insights to guide brand decisions, optimize campaigns, and measure impact. Cross-Functional Leadership: Strong collaborative skills to effectively partner with Growth, CRM, Partnership and Marketing teams. Project and Budget Management: Experience managing budgets, timelines and cross-functional project teams to deliver on brand objectives. Global Perspective: Deep understanding of cultural nuances and market dynamics in a global context to create resonant and effective brand messages.
