At Factorial we're looking for a **Head of Brand** to help us boost the extremely talented people in our teams, scale the company culture and evangelize our vision on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world.

We build tools to improve the way other companies create and manage teams. We want to become the people-centric solution where companies centralize their data.

Factorial is an HR Software startup founded 5 years ago, we've won awards and received outstanding customer feedback since day one. It has closed over 80M$ in funding with top international venture capital firms (Tiger, CRV, Creandum, Point Nine Capital, and K Fund).

We closed the year 2019 multiplying revenues by 10. It now intends to keep the rhythm and scale the organization and its highly performant go-to-market team.

Brand Studio is focused on building the Factorial brand. We’re a small team of creatives, designers, strategists, filmmakers, and storytellers who work together to make things that positively impact Factorial.

We are the think tank that uses creativity, design, and storytelling to create experiences that connect Factorial to the people.

**Who we are looking for**

We are looking for someone who wants to help us establish, evolve and implement the overall brand strategy, delivering on the company's vision and business goals. Provide leadership and coordination for all initiatives to target audiences, including recommended plan optimizations to maximize impact.

You want to build, nurture and lead a growing team of high-performing designers who deliver business impact and generate a high level of strategic outputs, creativity, and execution through management and capability development.

**Some of your responsibilities will be**

Lead the brand team, identify and prioritize brand business opportunities.

Develop, execute and optimize brand and content digital strategies across all channels.

Follow-up of Inbound Marketing, Social Media, Paid Media, and SEO KPIs.

Design and implement creative brand strategies.

Media plan design, editorial calendars, implementation, and follow-up of local teams (Internal Comms / Social Media / Blog)

Support and follow-up on communication strategies ensuring relevant content aligned with brand positioning.

**You are a good fit if**

Have strong expertise in branding and execution to drive business objectives.

Experience on agency and client-side in strategic planning, brand advertising, content management, and activation across media with special focus on digital.

You have strong abilities to lead creative teams and work with multidisciplinary roles.

You have experience working in brand design and creating relevant narratives.
