Larsen Digital is looking for a Head of Growth to help us scale exceptional DTC brands, both for our clients and our own portfolio.

We're a performance-focused digital agency on a mission to become the best DTC operators in the game. We scale and sell brands by orchestrating high-impact, multi-channel growth programs across Meta, Google, email/SMS, creative, and beyond.

Our clients trust us to turn strategy into revenue, fast, profitably, and at scale.

The Role

As Head of Growth, you'll own the strategic direction and execution of growth initiatives across our client portfolio. You'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on leadership to:

  • Drive Revenue:
    Architect and execute multi-channel acquisition and retention strategies that deliver measurable ROAS and MER targets
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams:
    Coordinate specialists across paid social, PPC, lifecycle marketing, creative, and web to deliver seamless launches and campaigns
  • Build Systems:
    Create scalable frameworks, playbooks, and processes that allow us to onboard and scale new brands efficiently
  • Client Partnership:
    Own strategic relationships with key clients, translating business goals into actionable growth roadmaps
  • Team Development:
    Mentor and elevate channel leads while fostering a culture of testing, learning, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in DTC growth, e-commerce, or performance marketing—ideally in an agency or fast-growth brand environment
  • Proven track record scaling 7- and 8-figure DTC brands across multiple channels
  • Deep expertise in Meta, Google, Klaviyo, and Shopify ecosystems
  • Strong analytical mindset: you live in data, speak in MER and LTV, and make decisions with evidence over opinion
  • Systems thinker who can balance strategic vision with tactical execution
  • Excellent communicator who can rally teams, manage stakeholders, and distill complexity into clarity
