We are looking for a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for owning the brand, driving demand generation, and positioning the company as a market leader. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies, and elevating brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Define and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and vision. Build and manage a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team (digital, content, product, communications, etc.). Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, offline, content, PR, events, and partnerships. Own the brand strategy and ensure consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints. Drive demand generation and support sales through effective inbound/outbound strategies. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to refine strategies. Manage the marketing budget, resource planning, and vendor/agency relationships. Measure and report on the performance of marketing activities, using data to optimise results and justify investment. Collaborate closely with product, sales, and leadership to align marketing with overall business objectives. Represent the brand at conferences, industry events, and in media when necessary. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 8-10+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 35 years in a senior leadership or head-of-marketing role. Proven experience in building and executing successful go-to-market strategies. Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and performance marketing. Experience managing teams, agencies, and large-scale campaigns. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
