Desde nuestro departamento comercial estamos buscando un / una Sales Excellence Manager para nuestra división de Wholesale (Canal Independiente) y en reporting directo a nuestra Channel Leader Frames and Lenses.
Funciones :
Las responsabilidades de la posición cubren diferentes ámbitos :
Equipo : Elaboración y seguimiento de metodología para lentes y monturas.
Estrategia comercial : Definición de la política comercial y seguimiento de promociones y rappeles.
Seguimiento de proyectos internos (Digital tools, Hunting, On boarding, Performance follow up).
Creación de la metodología (Way of working) de lentes y monturas del equipo comercial.
Estrategia y política comercial : seguimiento y propuestas de mejora de los calendarios promocionales.
Análisis de las promociones implementadas, así como la coordinación con Business Analysis para el seguimiento y pago de estas.
Eventos de cliente : coordinación con marketing, trade marketing el canal centralizado, los eventos a cliente que se realizan.
Seguimiento y asegurar implementación mediante acompañamientos a campo.
Soporte en la Performance follow up.
Requisitos :
Grado y / o master en Economía, ADE o Business Management.
Al menos 5 / 6 años de experiencia en ventas, preferiblemente en sectores de Gran Consumo, GDO o Pharma.
Resolutivo y ágil en la interacción con los demás.
Visión estratégica, y proactivo / a.
Alta capacidad analítica
Idiomas : español e inglés nivel avanzado.
