The Supply Chain and S&OP department has a vacancy in its team for the following position:
Supply Chain and S&OP Excellence Project Manager
The Supply Chain and S&OP Excellence Project Manager will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and driving continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain functions (S&OP, Raw Material Planning, Warehouse, Distribution) across all sites and franchises including China BU. Responsibilities include identifying improvement activities, project management for identified streams from design to implementation. Ensure right level of stakeholder management and on-time delivery of project goals.
The main activities and responsibilities
- Support in the design of the overall Supply Chain and S&OP improvement plan.
- Support on the Supply Chain and S&OP improvement plan across all relevant aspects and all workstreams.
- Lead implementation of sub-streams; take full ownership for delivery against targets for relevant sub-streams.
- Align with internal stakeholders to identify the improvement opportunities and drive projects for improvements.
- Run Process improvement workshops to identify and close process gaps.
- Train team members on project management, analytics and data-driven improvements.
- Ensure adequate and sustainable capability building of teams and individuals involved.
- Steer and optimally leverage external consultants where relevant in the process.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain. Masters degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a multi-national set up within Supply Chain (operations or project management role) or consulting / business analyst background.
- Fluent in English (both oral and in written). Spanish a plus
- Strong track record in delivering change trajectories, process improvement trajectories, continuous improvement projects or similar
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Ability to analyse data, present in a structured and concise way to drive decisions
- Strong personal accountability and a willingness to engage others to drive project success
- Experience in SAP ECC, SAP IBP a plus
- Understanding of financials and impacts to company performance a plus
