The BRM ensures operational management for IT across Country Iberia by managing the ecosystem of external vendors and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness PartnerBecome the partner for the Business for all IT related topics in the country in relation with the processes of projects, services and equipment.Represent Schneider Digital in the country in front of the Business Managers.Establish sound relationships with functional key users and other key stakeholders (e.g., senior management, site management).Manage our delivery partners for the country.Ability to manage digital projects at local level, with the needed digital partners and business stakeholders.OperationsDrive effective support processes, coordinating external and internal support teams.Provide operational service support for local infrastructure and local applications.Manage outsourcing partners in outsourced area.Ensure the quality of support for Business.Follow up on KPIs in line with SLAs and manage escalations when needed.Identify trends, improvements or rationalization opportunities across the local application and infrastructure landscape.Report IT results to country/site management.DemandsSupport country/site management to define their IT strategy and priorities.Understand business processes evolution and focus the new demand to priority areas with major returns.Contribute to defining and managing IT scenarios, acting as an integrator between business and IT issues.Clarify needs expressed by key-users and transform user requests into demands understandable by partners.Manage and challenge project demands from business.Participate in various global projects by ensuring good local implementation and usage rate.Follow and manage local project or enhancement realization.Cost ManagementManage local IT cost evolution.RequirementsEducationAcademic degree in computer science from a technical university or an IT specialization from a business school or university.Job Related ExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience with operations and/or support in a fast-moving, highly-critical, enterprise application environment.Solid understanding of ITIL best practices.Significant experience and knowledge of systems design, application platforms, security and communications networks, and technical/user-related aspects of a personal computer environment.Technical SkillsBroad IT knowledge and experience.Solid knowledge of ITIL best practices and the ability to convert this into improvements for daily operations.Experience with application platforms, security and communications networks, and technical/user-related aspects of a personal computer environment.Coordination of resources and leading small teams.Previous experience from similar industries is an advantage.Self-driven, operationally experienced Business Relationship Manager with a can-do attitude.Strong relationship builder – both internally in Schneider Digital and business as well as with external partners.Excellent communication skills and professional courtesy.Strong team player who collaborates well with others to solve problems.Experience working with others on a global basis.What's in it for me?Life insurance.Health Insurance.Enjoy all the benefits of Open Talent Market, our platform that connects you with job opportunities, projects and mentors.Flex@Work: flexible hours, telework, sabbaticals, purchase leave, floating holidays, Global Family Leave Policy.Recognize and be recognized through our StepUp program.Club Schneider: discounts on products and services throughout Spain.Wellness: medical service, wellbeing laboratories, activities per workplace, gyms in different sites, etc.Special agreement with Andjoy for gym access.Many more benefits per site.Let us learn about you Apply today.You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us.
