Department: Market IT Iberia Position: D&IT Business Solutions Manager Location: Madrid, Spain Contract Type: Permanent, Local Report to: CLUSTER IT DIRECTOR IBERIA D&IT Business Solutions Manager What this position is about - Purpose: As D&IT Business Solutions Manager you will be at the forefront of integrating consumer-centric solutions within the global market landscape for your markets. Your role involves a strategic partnership with global IT teams to leverage technology in enhancing our RRP product offerings and making sure our business receive the appropriate solutions. Your role will be key to fill the gap between market demands, IT capabilities, and consumer-centric strategies. You will be also responsible for formulating the right IT solution strategy for the Cluster. Serves as a solution architect responsible for driving the selection, design, and delivery of IT solutions to support Cluster’s growth and transformation objectives, actively engaging with business stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements, and alignment with strategic priorities. What will you do - Responsibilities:   Leads the detailed project planning and execution of approved projects, in accordance with JTI’s Project Management Framework, and established IT standards, policies and procedures, J-Sox controls, and industry best practices Is responsible for ensuring that 3rd-party solution providers and external project resources comply with JTI quality standards and fulfil agreed-upon project commitments and contractual obligations, is expected to exercise fiscal discipline and transparency in the overall management of any project budget Leads and manages identified projects, and on occasions related teams, to ensure they are executed successfully while day-to-day operations continue in an effective and efficient manner Implementation and monitoring of the support models for all the applications in the role's portfolio. Ensuring the KPIs established by the region are acomplished and to optimizing the SLAs across all the platforms under the role's responsibility Market Mile integration: The role involves the functional analysis of the integrations between the global and local applications. You will ensure the correct and timely deployment of projects and new initiatives Who are we looking for - Requirements: University Degree in Computer Science (Business Informatics) or strong IT background/experience 4+ years’ experience in the IT Business Solutions discipline with 2+ of those years, especially in Project Management of Business Solutions/Application Preferred background of employment experience in multinational companies. Good working knowledge of business and related processes in FMCG industry Fluent in oral and written Spanish & English Functional Skills: Experience in at least 3 of the following new technology trends plus considering PowerBI strong skills as mandatory: Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) Microsoft O365 Platform (SharePoint, Office, Teams, etc.) Microsoft SQL Server & Microsoft Azure (Data Factory) New generation Business Intelligence solutions (MS Power BI) e-commerce: WordPress, Magento, Google Analytics Experience in Business Analysis & Business requirements analysis  Solutions design and architecture (business applications and IT infrastructure), including but not limited to application design methodology (including Agile methodology), interface design, capacity planning, scalability Good financial and budgetary understanding  Project management (medium to large scale projects) Supplier management SEO Trustpilot  UX/UI Adobe Suite You as a person:  Able to think clearly and act decisively in crisis situations; thinks and acts with a sense of urgency and clear understanding of priorities and strategic importance; highly organized Creative, innovative, enterprising; thinks outside the box, challenges status quo Able to work with ambiguity and “connect the dots” Team-oriented, collaborative; able to network and establish good connections Proactive; driven to learn and keep pace with business and technology trends  Thinks outside the box Able to network and establish good connections Works seamlessly between macro and micro views Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization Goal-oriented, high level of commitment Customer service-oriented What are the next steps – Recruitment Process:   Thank you very much for your interest in the role.
