Business Development Manager – INNOCV SolutionsJoin INNOCV Solutions as a Business Development Manager. We help clients grow through technology expertise, solving complex challenges and focusing on operational excellence.What will you do?As a Business Development Manager specialized in technology, you will drive growth and positioning of our technological services through a consultative approach, balancing commercial skill and deep technical knowledge.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in technology consulting, collaborating with clients to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.Strategic Consulting: Advise clients on digital transformation and adoption of innovative technologies.Relationship Management: Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key executives and decision makers across sectors.Value Generation: Collaborate with internal teams (technology, delivery, marketing, operations) to design value propositions aligning capabilities with market needs.Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal preparation, follow‑up and negotiation.Network Development: Expand your network by participating in events, conferences and technology forums.Internal Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally to ensure solutions offered align with company capabilities.QualificationsAt least 5 years in business development or sales in technology consulting or IT services.In‑depth knowledge of emerging technologies, digital transformation, cloud solutions, AI, mobile apps, platforms and transformation processes.Strong network of contacts in key industries such as banking, energy, telecommunications, retail or health care.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills at executive level.Results‑oriented with a strong focus on achieving objectives and exceeding sales targets.University degree in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (MBA or postgraduate preferred).Fluency in Spanish and English.What we offer100% remote workFlexible hoursFlex schedule: Friday off and summer 7‑hour daysIndividual budget for forums, training and continuous learningEnglish coursesHealth insuranceThree extra days off every three yearsBirthday offBring a friend benefitFlexible compensationWellness – GympassVolunteering opportunitiesCompany events and team buildingWe care about well‑being and happiness at work and we encourage people from under‑represented groups, including LGTBIQ+ members and people with disabilities, to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
