Overview The Information Technology department is looking for an IT Project Manager for CRM. He/She will be responsible for Project Management and service levels of CRM. He/She must have experience in managing the full software life cycle. Responsibilities Key Action Areas CRM Project management: planning, coordinating and Understanding the needs of Business areas in order to identify and specify technical solutions to support Management and follow-up with the business areas of IT projects. Management of providers of development and maintenance of the systems that support the areas under his/her responsibility. Direct report to the Commercial IT Manager. Qualifications Requirements Undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering or Bilingual (English and Spanish) Strong technical background: Microsoft technologies (.net, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure Devops, CRM), web development (Java, API rest) and cloud computing. At least 5 years of experience in technical project management related to software development in Technology or IT solutions implementation, either in consulting companies or IT Experience with agile methodologies. Certifications will be a strong plus (PMP or Scrum master) The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills since he/she will be working with other IT functional responsible (Business Partners), Users Areas, vendors and outsource IT support.
