We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international sales team supporting businesses across EMEA. Key Responsibilities Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and identify growth opportunities Conduct outbound calls and emails, including cold outreach Engage with decision-makers and assess business needs Match customer challenges with suitable digital solutions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems Contribute to individual and team KPIs such as productivity and conversion rates Requirements Native-level German and fluent English Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working with targets in a phone-based sales environment Good general IT skills and confidence using CRM tools Ability to identify decision-makers and understand business needs Goal-oriented, proactive, and resilient mindset Experience in cold calling and managing
