My client is looking for an experienced Head of Business Development & Sales to define and execute their commercial strategy across all products and services. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building scalable sales processes. This is a hands-on leadership role combining strategy, execution, and team development, with strong exposure to customers, partners, and industry stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Define and implement business development strategies and revenue objectives across the company's full product and service portfolio. Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs to maximize effectiveness and productivity. Create and execute outreach and sales plans to achieve revenue targets, including ownership of sales forecasting and pipeline development. Actively manage and optimize the company CRM, leveraging automation tools to engage new and existing customers. Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate potential partnerships to expand the company's industry presence. Analyze sales data, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to inform revenue strategy and maintain competitive advantage. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of trust, satisfaction, retention, and upselling. Lead negotiations for contracts, partnerships, and commercial agreements; act as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Collaborate closely with legal teams to review and negotiate contracts while minimizing commercial risk. Build, lead, mentor, and scale the Business Development and Sales team in alignment with company objectives. Define
