Sus Tareas Principales Son En un área con fuerte potencial de desarrollo, ser responsable de implementar la estrategia de ventas de Foodservice de acuerdo con la política de ventas y marketing de Bridor. Desarrollar ventas con la cartera de clientes existentes y prospectar nuevas cuentas. Diseñar la estrategia comercial de las redes de distribución: negociar acuerdos anuales, desarrollar la facturación, las ventas unitarias y la rentabilidad de las cuentas. Liderar, coordinar y supervisar cuentas de clientes con los servicios de soporte (logística, control de gestión, marketing, etc.). Desarrollar la gama de productos actual y ofrecer nuevos artículos de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada cliente. Realizar una vigilancia del mercado y ser proactivo durante las reflexiones comerciales. Requerimientos: Con formación comercial, tiene un muy buen conocimiento del mercado HoReCa y tiene una primera experiencia en ventas y negociación comercial en empresa agroalimentaria, idealmente en el sector de panadería, bollería o pastelería. Con buenas habilidades de comunicación y excelentes habilidades interpersonales, se siente cómodo con diferentes tipos de audiencias (chefs, gerente de F&B, jefe de cocina, compradores, equipos de marketing y ventas). Orientado al cliente y a los resultados, su conocimiento de los productos y sus habilidades de relación con el cliente le permitirán ofrecer el mejor apoyo posible a sus clientes. Español con fluidez
