The company is growing quickly and is building a team of creative, driven professionals who are excited about shaping the future of digital marketing. We\'re looking for a Customer Success & Reddit Content Specialist — someone who’s equal parts community manager , content creator , and client partner . While this role falls under Customer Success , around 70% of the day-to-day work is focused on creating and managing content on Reddit . You’ll work closely with a portfolio of clients to understand their goals, then build engagement strategies and Reddit content tailored to their needs. Manage onboarding, define client KPIs, and create personalized content roadmaps. Lead and support weekly calls with each client. Create and manage Reddit content strategies based on client objectives. Use AI tools to draft, refine, and adapt content to Reddit audiences. Communicate daily via Slack and Discord. Experience as a community manager or digital marketer , ideally in social media content creation and engagement. ChatGPT) to generate and iterate on content. Strong written and spoken English — you’re able to adapt tone, style, and language for different audiences. Hands-on Reddit content creation experience for marketing campaigns. Full-time, remote position. Work in flexible hours but must be available for 1 weekly client call per
